Abstract
The endomy corrhizal spores were sifted from the rooted soil of Trifolium repens, Litchi chinensis as well as garlic and were cultured on the semi -synthetic medium (Is, ILe and E). The cultured mycorrhiza were then inoculated to the seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla and mealie. The result was obtained as follow s. The spores with almost the same shape and size sifted from the rooted soil of three different plants as mentioned above got the same white colony when cultured on the medium and follow ed with white siliform tissues. The vesicles and arbuscules special to the endomycorrhiza were observed in the cortex cells of young roots from plants after inoculated with the cultural mycorrhiza 15 to 20 days later. When isolated endomycorrhiza from the roots of inoculated plants and cultured on the medium, the same result was obtained as those directly obtained from the spores in the rooted soil. It is concluded that we succeeded in isolating cultural endomy corrhiza which was preliminarily identified as Glomus Tul. according to the main characteristics.
